Cancellation Policy

The Hotel is not responsible for cancellation or non-arrival due to the cancellation of flight/ ferry / non availability of visa / non issuance of Restricted Area Permit or other similar reasons. Services and conducted package tours may be disrupted, shortened or altogether cancelled for reasons beyond our control and no refund will be issued as such. Travel documents like tickets etc can ONLY be provided after full payment is received.

Post cancellation refund processing usually takes 4 ~ 5 business days but can take up to 10 working days from the day we receive guest's bank account details. For refund processing any bank / transaction charges applicable are to be borne by the guest. All refunds will be issued in INR (Indian Rupee) only.

Kindly note: we neither own nor operate our booking partner's websites. We only have limited access to some of the information displayed on their pages and it is not possible to keep track of every detail in real time. If you have doubts about certain terms / conditions displayed on a particular channel, kindly verify with us.

CANCELLATION OF ACCOMMODATION BOOKING

Cancellation charges depends upon the rate plan and promotional schemes under which the reservation was made. If you have booked through any of our online booking partners, please contact them and follow their established procedure for refund processing. Here is an Indicative percentage of refund amount in case you have booked it directly with us, offline or through our website ixzire.com.

General: February thru November Holiday Season: December & January
  1. Full refund up to 15 days prior to check-in
  2. No refund within 15 days from check-in
  1. Full refund up to 30 days prior to check-in
  2. No refund within 30 days from check-in
No refund for promotional offer bookings

CANCELLATION OF HOLIDAY PACKAGES

Full payment is required 30 days prior to the date-of-travel or 30 days within date-of-booking whichever is earlier failing which package will be considered non-committed and automatically cancelled. No refund will be issued for changes / deletion / cancellation in agreed itineraries under any circumstances. We are not responsible for cancellation of third party reservations (e.g. Ferry ticket, Other hotel). An additional INR 2000 may be charged as documentation fee over and above the cancellation fee as mentioned below for package cost less than INR 20,000.

  1. Maximum of 50% refund for cancellation of package prior to 30 days from the date-of-travel.
  2. No refund for cancellation of package within 30 days from the date-of-travel or No Show.

THIRD PARTY BOOKING (SHIP / FERRY / OTHER HOTEL)

We are not responsible for any third party cancellation or refund processing in any situations. You may need to contact the service providers directly.
