Terms & conditions

Ixzire Resort and its parent company M/s Greenfinity Getaways may hereinafter be referred to as "Hotel". By proceeding with the reservation, the guest further agrees and acknowledges that if the reservation is accepted by the Hotel, his / her stay subsequently shall be subject to Hotel's standard terms and conditions.

  1. The Hotel is not liable for any loss to the guest in connection with the reservation.
  2. Guest must be at least 18 years of age to register for a room on his / her behalf.
  3. Guest must report to us with valid government issued photo id to avail our service.
  4. The hotel may cancel the reservation if it is of the opinion that the guest information provided is falsified or incomplete.
  5. We reserve the right to refuse service or decline reservation to anyone at anytime.
  6. The Hotel is not liable for any loss or damage to the guest in connection with any cancellation of the reservation by the Hotel.
  7. The terms and conditions set out hereto shall be governed in accordance with the law of The Republic of India.
  8. We are not liable against non- availability of amenities / services caused by technical faults or natural inconvenience.
  9. No unauthorized gatherings are allowed. The hotel reserves the right to evict any additional occupants from the room.
  10. Reservations are not transferable. No name change is allowed.
  11. No prepared food from sources other than the Hotel's in-room dining services is permitted in the restaurant.
  12. Check-in time is from 10:00am and check-out time is by 08:00am.
  13. Cooking or consumption of any type of food inside rooms are not allowed. Violation will attract penalty.
  14. Late check-out / early check-in may be considered on request, subject to availability and is chargeable.
  15. All cottages are strictly non-smoking. Smoking inside cottages strictly prohibited and will attract severe penalty.
  16. Guests are liable to pay for any damage caused, intentional or accidental.
  17. Disrespectful behavior towards other guests or hotel staff will result in immediate termination of stay without any refund.
  18. The hotel is not responsible for any loss due to late reporting by guest to third party services (e.g. Ferry).
  19. The hotel is not responsible for any loss due to suspension or disruption of third party services.
  20. We are not responsible for the quality of services maintained by third party providers.

The hotel may vary, amend and/or otherwise change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
